    Lawson break the news of their Movex retirement program. Customers on RPG products now face further cost increases of 20% and support on a Time and Materials basis.

    Lawson admit "there are too many versions." At the latest MUA conference on the 18th and 19th September 2007, Lawson announced that despite an increase in new trainees, they cannot provide support for all versions of M3. Mark Houx, head of support for EMEA on being questioned stated, "We simply cannot hire enough people to provide support for all versions"
